I apologize if there's already a thread on similar issues but after a quick search, there doesn't seem to be any.

I'm a lifetime member but it seems to me that my remaining reward credit does not appear to increase despite being supposed to receive 250 RC every month.

I forgot precisely when I joined and I've checked my profile but can't find the info. Appreciate it an admin can PM me the info. Tried to file this on support but when I clicked the header of 'My issue is not listed', it only mentions that I'd have to file a support ticket but I can't find the button or link anywhere other than the link for the help desk software which I'm not really inclined to install if this can be easily resolved via PM.

Under my issue is not listed, is a button that opens a support ticket. It doesn't install any software on your computer, so you don't have to worry about that

You became Lifetime on 2017-03-04. That is 7 months of 250 RC per month which is 1750 RC. I'll check your RC balance tomorrow after I've run the monthly scripts to see if you are receiving what you should.
