Game seems little bugged atm, at full hd, game runs too fast for me

What do you mean by too fast?

If you use MSI Afterburner's RivaTuner you can set the FPS down to 60.
Runs nice there.
Botton Green ADD, opens file, find the exe for the game.
On the upper left "Framerate Limit" set this to 60.
Launch the game.
Game should stream at 60.

If you can't do this,
Right Click on display.
Click display setting.
Scroll down to "Display Adapter Properties".
Click List Modes.
Find your display resolution and use 60Hertz
Click apply.
Done.

Game should run for you this way to, but a big hassle for all those steps.
