Hey Cheaters and who ever else might have the misfortune to read my post
I was wondering if you at some point will consider changing the 12 letters limit to custom rank.
I hold the "Rank of Grandpa Simpson" on other forums, but its 15 letters so i am 3 letters over limit.
The Rank has a special meaning to me, and i am very proud of it.
It was given by a "mod" on a forum i use.
The story behind it was i tend to go OT when writing or helping other users, this is not something i do to annoy people, it just seem to happen by it self and like Grandpa Simpson from the Simpsons show, i always have a story go a long with either my questions or helping others.
And the Rank is a reminder to stay within topic and do not go OT when writing, or helping others.
So before i waste my "Cash" on something stupid i would like to know if your planning to extend the Rank letter limit at some point.
My guess is that it has to do with the Forum "skin" it prob can't handle more then 12 letters, and Administrator is 12 letters wow what a coincidence, but it could be you are planning a new look at sometime for the Boards, and most open source Board software ano 2017 no longer has the 12 letter limit.
So are there any plans in the future to upgrade the forum/boards to extend and improve or are you simply saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it"

The limit is in place to prevent wrapping in several areas of our site where it is used. We will not be changing the character limit at this time, sorry.
