I had this problem too, specifically on the map Iskander Wilds. Instant Build/Upgrade and Resources applied to enemy AI. Savefile included.

No file attached. Please zip/rar the file before uploading it and provide the savegame location.

I confirm that the last trainer have "a problem" with the option "set iron".
In fact the trainer increase the iron ore but the player need iron ingots (and this amount was increased with the oldest trainers).
If i could help i use the trainer V. 1.09 to increase the amount of iron ore and the trainer (in same time) V. 1.08 to increase the amount of iron ingots.

Sigh, honestly this game receives update upon update multiple times per day. Now it's 1.11.
I think Cal should just wait 1 week before updating the trainer for this game, so he could do other trainers and not updating this trainer after every patch.

Just my 2 cents.

This game is a broken piece of garbage that should never have been released out of beta or early access. Every trainer we release works about 30 minutes until it patches again. I hope that everyone playing this game has a lifetime membership as you're going to need it in a few days to download the latest trainer.

I don't comment often but after the **** show of a game release this has been, I just want to say thanks to you guys are CH for the amazing work pumping out the trainers.
