I just had all my trainers stop working; turns out the .tmp files generated by a trainer is flaged as a trojan now, and since it's a temp file, you can't like send them a copy to analyze; so even adding a separate sub-folder for the game and running the trainer from the new folder, after exempting it in the anti-virus, still didn't work.
So, finally, I noticed the entry in the exception list in the anti-virus opened up to reveal the location of the temp file, deep in the C:\Users\etc., etc files, and after I added those specific folders, the trainer started working again. A laborious fix, but I was unaware of the temp user files being an issue!
