Thanks for not dumping this, finally playing a more polished version of the game and I love it. Cheers!

When I try to launch the trainer, I get asked to choose a program to open file. Something no other times I was asked before. I didnt know what to choose, so I chose firefox....anyway, now it wont launch, other trainers are still launching fine. I went to download folder and tried to "open with" every option available, not one of them will launch the trainer. Only thing I didnt try was choosing something from the Microsoft store. I cant figure it out.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software which may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again.

Hi. I just tried out the trainer for the first time and the attributes work well until I level or load and they reset back to normal. I did read that back in 2017 that was intended to be the way. I just wanted to make sure if things changed or if I might have downloaded an older version. Thanks for any input.

All I know so far is the game patched 4 times this month.

Noticed this game is currently on the update queue, I just used the trainer on the main game & all of the features worked for me.

Game speed worked
Credits worked
Hull & Fuel worked
Quickness, Strength, Fortitude, Wisdom, Charisma, Resilience worked
XP, Job Points, Talent Points worked

Did not test HP, Morale, Level

However the trainer did not work for me when you select "Play Moddable Star Traders: Frontier" After selecting Play on Steam. The voice would come in when I'd press F1 & would say "Trainer cannot find game." It would not progress past that point. It did work with the "Play Star Traders: Frontiers" option though.

Im having same issue with moddable star traders frontiers as well. i tried pointing the trainer at the exe but still says game not found. not sure what else to try. would this count as a different game because it uses a different exe? it would be nice to use the trainer with the moddable version of the game.
