I have the same error as posted above when trying to activate the trainer for Steam, versions match. I tried on the main menu, ran as admin for both in the game, and set an exception for Windows security. And the link for helping with issues in the other thread is down, any ideas and thanks?

Hi Nook, I just wanted to check first as others also say versions match and the trainer should be working, but for some reason, it isn't. I'll put in an update request, thanks.
"isnt working" means almost nothing. This game has several things about it. Anticheats kick in? What doesn't work?

The version of the game is 97381 like the trainer.
For information the message is very similar with AOE3DE.
