After I select a process, I get a message about insufficient resources. Then, whenever I try to Scan, I get the message "Please select a process first". I'm guessing the second message is because of whatever caused the first message. What can cause that insufficient resources message? I'm running Windows 10 on a desktop PC with loads of RAM and disk space.

Which version of Cosmos and can you please make a screenshot of the error?

The version is 4.0.3.0 (64-Bit). I'd post a screen shot, but I don't know how. The message in the error box is "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service".

First time I've ever heard of such an error. According to google it might be related to your computer hardware. What are your specs?

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Intel Xeon 3GHz CPU 12 GB RAM Solid State system disk w/32 GB free Traditional data disk w/265 GB free NVIDIA GeForce GTS450
Well, I compiled this info and then the scans started working. Must have been something particular to the situation I was in. Maybe too many windows were open at the time. Anyway thanks for replying. I guess I'm good for now...
