Just a quick note to ask if anyone else is having Paypal issues? I recently upgraded to Lifetime Plus with recurring monthly payments via Paypal and then all of a sudden my account is restricted awaiting a copy of my driving license and a utility bill!!! Enquired with Cheat Happens but they can only accept Paypal! I tried to send through documentation to paypal but they wouldn't accept it!
I know I can make a one off annual payment for membership but monthly is more convenient. Back to Lifetime only then.

That's odd, could have something to do either with where you live or previous payment history. They may be cracking down more on auto-recurring payments since we get a lot of these that end up being denied or declined due to lack of funds or funding source. I wish we could offer more alternatives, but we are also somewhat restricted on what we can offer. I do appreciate you trying though and am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Apparently it's due to new US Banking laws. I have supplied proof of ID and address but they are still limiting my account as they claim that a utility bill with my name and address on it, doesn't count!!. I know you are limited in the payment methods you can accept and I appreciate that. I will be mentioning it to all the services I used to pay via Paypal. Thanks for the reply though.
