Thanks CyPHeR369, i have done as you suggested, but it is still not working for me.

Does this occur in a new game as well as in a saved game?

I have not tried a new game, but will and report back

It does work in a NEW game, must be something with my save in the other game

For those reporting XP and GOLD does not work, here is video made 5 minutes ago of the trainer working.

1.21 trainer is up to date and 100% working, although we will likely repost it, using up an update count for the title, since we had to spend time checking it.

I don't remember gold being a problem (Had to spend quite a bit to get the updated Heka chest content from the last update when the Hidden Ones content was released.) but it's good to see the trainer updated.

Next patch will probably be in late February, there's some museum or tour mode coming out but it might be a separate exe entirely though it could be for a separate stand-alone version of only that part of the game too. February 13th should also see another addition to the in-game store but I think it's already in the game files.
(And it's going to take longer before it's available from the Heka chests no doubt.)

And then I think the final story DLC was set to be released in March sometime, guessing there's at least one or two more patches and then it depends on how long Ubisoft will keep the game actively updated I guess after that.
(My guess is that it'll have some more in-game store content but for how long that will continue is anyone's guess.)

From what I understand, the next major DLC release for Origins is going to be a virtual tour of the areas in the game, where no combat or money or anything is needed, a bit like a virtual history lesson. So I don't think there will be a need for an updated trainer as this will be released as a standalone product and available to Season Pass holders for free.
Hopefully this type of DLC will also be available to blend in with the other AC games, such as Unity (French Revolution) and Syndicate (Industrial Revolution), I think this would be pretty cool as I've always enjoyed just roaming around the AC games worlds after completion, just visiting sites and watching the world around you, seeing how much attention to detail and care the designers have put into each game.
I've had the good fortune to be able to visit Rome, Florence, Venice, Cairo, London, Istanbul and so on and to know all about the various areas, sites, sights and history, a lot gleaned from the Animus databases makes it really quite cool.
If Red Dead Redemption 2 doesn't make it to PC then surely Ubisoft must consider a Wild West environment at some stage.....

Assassin's Creed III ... American Revolution ... one might consider this enough Wild West.
