I've found a few posts on other forums about FRAPS causing no movement and turning it off restores movement, anything like that or another FPS counter running? Also found posts about verifying steam cache or reinstalling the game to fix it. Also if you have any macros or KB software with a function bound to the same hotkey of the trainer is something to check as well. If none of those help I would recommend a teamviewer session for a first hand look.
