MalwareByes never did SFA for me anyway. CCCleaner and Spybot are so much more effective.
AVG is starting to go the same way. I leave the stupid thing disabled more often than enabled anymore.

    Either way, SCREW MALWAREBYTES. Waaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Uninstalled today. It was redundant for me anyway since I use Rogue Killer instead. I switched last year when it found two malware instances that Bytes missed.Just a better scanner and doesn't block CH trainers. Sure would be nice if they confined their hit list to stuff people actually do not want.

I posted a public post on my Facebook as well as a review on their Facebook page as well as a comment on the forum post. I will also make posts on various other review sites and I suggest you file a complaint with the BBB and other agencies. Make it clear to them that an attack on CH will not go undefended.

Edit: I see you are preparing legal action. Great idea as well. If there is anything in that regard you require including testimony I am happy to help.

Edit 2: One of my comrades already after reading the mess on their forums is deleting it from his mac. So that is one customer they already lost to this.

Many of us have. They then agreed to remove it then shortly after did a 180 and said nope. With a claim that we are CoSMOS yet CoSMOS is not blocked. When confronted by this as well as questions as to what exactly is triggering it they have not answered.
