I just downloaded the 7 Days to Die trainer. With the exclusions and settings I mentioned here -> Link the trainer starts fine and as intended.
Some other software is still blocking the trainer and the creation of the tmp file. Do you have any online banking software or add-ons, a 3rd party firewall (like Comodo), backup software, one-click tools, etc ...?
Good for health, bad for education.

Delete your old trainers, clear your browser cache/Windows temp folder as well as Defender's scan history and/or quarantine, reboot your PC, download any of those non-working trainers again and run them with admin rights.
