I can't find stable public order option now...am i being blind? 😑

the trainer was updated quickly so there are some missing features for now. Maybe they will be added with further updates again.
Frankly, I am dissatisified with the latest update of this game. I see no reason why such changes were implemented as the previous model before this update was perfectly fine. One has to constantly alt+tab in and out of the game to activate key options and now certain features are missing such as the supply replenishment option that allowed specific factions that require different items (tomb kings - canopic jars, greenskins - scrapz). I implore the designers of this trainer to revert their model to the previous version. As the saying goes: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If you read the thread, the latest patch changed how the game works, including half of the variables that controlled previous options, so the trainer had to be completely rebuilt. They *can't* just revert to the previous version of the trainer. Plus the team is operating on a dangerous lack of sleep.
Be patient, give the guys some time, and the other options will get added once they work out exactly what's changed in the game.
Just as a warning to everyone that if you use option 6 and double click on the technologies, the game doesn't appear to recognise that as you actually learning the tech. I've only tried this with Greenskins so far but as an example, I've unlocked all the technologies but I'm not able to use scrap to upgrade my units because it says I haven't researched the right ones.
Technically the trainer is working as it says but I think that option needs to be removed cause it will completely mess up your game (there's no way to unlearn technology as far as I'm aware).
Yeah, I have noticed this as well. It works for some techs but not others. It's a real shame, because that option is one I've wanted for a long time. Hopefully with time it can be fixed to work properly, or more clear instructions to get it to work correctly can be included.
