IS there a savegame with blessings already in place and ready to go and instructions on how to use them?

Fast Spell Cooldown also affects the enemy.
making the Option absolutely useless.
You made this same error for TW: Warhammer 1. how did this happen again?

If option is useless and enough people report, I will remove it out of our +45 trainer.

I've got a save file here.

Once the save is loaded, click any Lord in provinces owned by the player. Then next to "Recruit Units" you will see the button "Blessed Spawnings", click that and it will open a panel similar to the recruitment panel. This is where you get spawned units that can be added to the army.

The number of blessed units you can spawn is limited to the number you are awarded for randomly generated missions with random rewards, meaning you rarely get the blessed units you want.
The save also includes three of such missions in the Missions and Quests panel.

Tip for anyone wanting to use Fast Spell Cooldown in conjunction with Unlimited Winds of Magic:
Since Both affect the enemy spellcasters as well the will machine gun you with spells as soon as you enable both options.
SOLUTION: Use the Trainer for the fast Spell Cooldown
Use the newest CoSMOS table for Winds of Magic (since it only affects the Player).
