Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Since the last Win 10 update the newest trainer versions don't work anymore. They are loaded, don't work, disappear and you need to remove them with the task manager. At last, from what I understand, it is an compatibility problem after a check. If somebody else can confirm it?

All my trainers work fine. I have the same OS build and the KB you referenced is also installed on my system.

Are you running the trainers as Admin?

Yes, tried to run them as Admin, but no luck. Last week they just worked fine. Only the older trainers work without any problem.

I confirmed it is not the update. I removed the update and the same problem happened.

So, the only suspect left is the newest Bitdefender 2018, since it was recently updated to a new version too. But why it doesn't give a warning or whatever, I can only guess.

As of now you have to completely disable Bitdefender 2018's 'Advanced Threat Defense' completely to run our trainers even if you have exclusions for the trainer exe file and the - Work - folder in this location C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ in place.

Please submit some trainers to Bitdefender and report them as false positives.

It seems more like a bug than a protection, since Bitdefender don't give a warning in this case.
