Feedback, Complaints or Problems

If this has been gone over in another thread I could not find it. Some trainers I can "click & drag" to desired location; others I cannot. They all have loaded like this after I started using a 1080Ti and a 3840x2160 desktop resolution. How can I fix it?

For me; windows did not remember the new position. I have to use this method on each trainer launch to reposition the window. It's not a problem though, I do not mind.
