Has anyone had any issues with the specific elements not working for example I click on 6 for hacking and it says activated but nothing happens. I was able to get the action one to work but only after typing in the code myself once. does anyone know the command to raise hacking ability for a soldier?

Has anyone been able to cheat with the construction of facilities and clearing the ship debris ?

The setstrategyinstantbuild cheat command despite using them with the on switch the facilities still take time to build.

Also the cheat command BuildFacility no longer exist in War of the Chosen.

Yes, it's because you're playing the base game. I did the same thing. In the launcher, there is an option to check for war of the chosen. You can't just have it installed, you have to enable war of the chosen in the launcher.
