It's very hard to scroll the list of trainers by scrolling the mouse wheel. It normally works in the webpage part but to work in trainer list area instead, you're forced to click on a very small area between trainer tiles and the scroll bar(about 5 pixels at most in width, as long as the scroll bar in length) Otherwise the only other way of scrolling is dragging the scroll bar around. Clicking anywhere on the tile of the trainer(as long as it isn't on a button) takes you to the download page, (or at least tries to do so) therefore greatly limits the area to make it mouse scrollable.
    Everything else works perfectly though.

Scrolling is fine on my end. What kind of a mouse do you use and does it come with any driver/settings software?
Good for health, bad for education.

My mouse is a Bloody ZL5 and yes, it does come with its own software. It doesn't seem to install specific drivers though(But interestingly, plugging the mouse in causes at least seven devices to appear in the device manager, with all of them having Microsoft drivers).
However, for just in case, I found a random mouse around and tried it to test: It was the same.

I too experience this issue and I'm using a regular Microsoft wireless mouse. Maybe you can send us your system specs and I can compare to mine and try to find a common denominator.

Ok, this is kind of necroing this thread but I found some leads about it. I've recently reinstalled windows 10 and it started scrolling fine. When I investigated, I found "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" under the mouse settings of the settings app. It is enabled by default and disabling it would cause this "problem" to occur again. Also, I'd like to note that this setting itself only exists in Windows 10. However, I also found a workaround that can work in windows 7, to which I'll post a link:

    Link

What it does is when you hover over a window, it automatically focuses on it, making it scrollable. And since the parts of the CH Trainer Manager's window behave like separate, attached windows, it should work in my opinion. Too bad that I can't confirm it anymore, since to do that I'd have to install windows 7 again.

Anyways, it should have a drawback since it explicitly focuses on window and that means bringing it on the front, hiding whatever that can be behind it.

Edit: It's also possible to install some 3rd party software that can emulate what this setting does it seems, but as I didn't look into these software, I don't know how effective are they.

How did you know this was going to be another bug reported by me?
    LOL
I am getting the same thing.
I DID just set the option for the trainer folder, which is a folder on my desktop instead of the default C drive slash Trainers, so maybe thats why the scroll gets messed up? It is not messed up in any other browser, game, application, etc. Just this TM.
Win 8.1 and Steelseries mouse with drivers, although steelseries is pretty light on actual drivers, I think it uses windows drivers for that and just sets up the 2 extra buttons and mouse dpi sensitivity via its real driver.

I will check that link out later though, although I can just click n scroll instead of using 3rd party apps or messing up everything else except TM on windows 8.1, heh.

Oh, you can do the same click and scroll thing on TM too but as I've said in my first post, the region to click to be able to scroll that area is really tiny. Read my first post to see exactly where.
