Not sure how this works but how do I request vr support? Or should I request a brand new trainer?

I downloaded this off of steam. The trainer can't find the game with the steam version. Can this be updated?

Steam trainer is #4 in the list of trainers. Please check all available trainers before requesting something we already offer.

I tried to make it work with my VR game but even if the trainer has a VR mode, the trainer always starts the sound: trainer can not find game.
How to make it work or would a vr version be possible?

I'm also experiencing this issue w/ the Steam version of the trainer.

The Easy Open Rune Doors option doesn't seem to be working.
