This is not working - tried it and followed the instructions but not only did all my GOLD dissapear -- all GOLD i now pick up also dissapears, as in i can´t get any gold and i´m stuck at 0

Gold option doesnt work properly .. there is a small work around .. set all e.g. to 10 000, activate the resources and cheat everything, gold and stones, you will get everything 10k, which is enough for the whole game, plus you will get some during playing.
To turn it off, save the game, restart the game and dont use this option again ..

There is also problem with UNLIMITED mana, hp and CD .. it also affects the enemy

Read the instructions for option 9 carefully. If memory locations the game uses are shared between AI and PLAYER, then there is not much that can be done about that.

i have read and tested it very carefully .. the 9 just doesnt work properly as stated, but it works and it gives enough .. i am fine with how it works

Tried that, didn't work. Perhaps there's step missing in your description?
