I cant find anywhere to change the value for set item quality, isnt the editor that is referred to in the instructions the trainer interface? There is just an x in the value modyfier for set item quality there is no number that can be changed.

The trainer has a built-in editor. Left-click on the 'Open Editor' button below the trainer options in the Trainer tab and you see -> Set Parts Quality and a value to change it manually.

Using increase exp with the trainer causes the game to crash

For me, the game only crashes if I would use the Increase EXP very often. Just change the EXP value to something high and use it once. It should not crash your game.

As far as the XP gains go, I would recommend keeping it at the default value and using it slowly. Do not spam the keybind and do not increase the value (even using it once at a high value has caused the game to crash).

I'll further say it has to do something with the trainer itself with this specific feature. There are other resources out there that enable the player to add 10,000 XP with a keybind and it can be spammed without any crashing. The game itself can sustain large amounts of XP added very quickly but doing so with this trainer will crash the game.

If you're using this trainer, keep the XP value at default (500) and use it slowly. It will work and it will not crash. If you spam it or make the value too high, it will most likely crash. (It did every single time during my use / testing).

I keep getting the error of "missing .NET Core Runtime"

Yet Ive downloaded and installed this but still getting the error. Any ideas anyone?

Make sure you have BOTH of these:

.NET Framework Runtime 4.7.2 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download
.NET Core Runtime 2.1 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download
