I'm stuck in a mountain is there a cheats that can get me out I really don't want to restart my run

On a mission or just farming? Can't Fast Travel and come back or is the map inside or underground now? Don't know the details of your position but if no other choice maybe try to save, leave and reload? Doing that once got me free of a stuck position in a crevice on a hill.
