i have the offline code but cant find where to put in to make use of it

In the same folder as the trainer. Internet/network must be completely disabled/absent for the key to work, you might right click run as admin on trainer and disable all AV.

all the trainers are in same folder but there is nowhere to put in the code i have

I am suggesting here as your informations provided aren't clear enough: You downloaded the offline creation tool and created the code, right?

Now you go back to the page where you downloaded the tool from and enter the code you just generated to create an offline key file. This key file is to put in the same folder as your trainer resides in.
