Sorry for the late post. Came to cheathappens after a long pause and found this sad news. He was the person with whom I used to have marathon discussions on off-topic message boards, some were so long that they were completely deleted by the moderators, fun times. What a great guy he was. RIP Dstates 🙁

Oh,man. Haven't visited the site in about 8-9 years. Got the urge this morning to do so. When I got here, I wanted to message a couple old friends and found this thread when I searched Dstates. I'm a couple years late, but, it hurts to know such a great guy has been taken from us. R.I.P. man.

I did not know him personally, did not know how and what he was do like a moderator, and how to do with his duties. But judging by the comments, he was a good person. It is always sad when good people leave. Sleep well.
