According to the preload files I just got, this game uses EasyAntiCheat.

And it's already at Version 1.2.

They have an entire pay to cheat platform they are working on, same as the one with AC Origins. This has been something I have been watching closely, out with cheat codes in with pay to enjoy. Having EAC in a single player game, like it was implemented in wild lands can only be explained by this way of thinking.

To be clear yes I will pay CH for their service, it’s a quality site with massive above quality service, however paying 19.99 for a one time boost in game is insane. To be clear I won’t pay money to Ubisoft, where as I would pay double for the service here at CH.

I am for sure. I may consider it on a large (50+ percentile) discount but after playing all the far cry's except 1 and primal as well as how ubisoft forced EAC in singleplayer for wildlands, I am very much avoiding this for now.


As to you Loki, you also have to consider that by even paying 5 x that for a lifetime sub at CH you are getting 100+ times that in value. As you are getting cheats/game enhancements for over 300+ games a year. So the value is far greater here.

Varaka I’ve been a member here almost 8 years, I’ve been gaming for almost 35 years. In that time I’ve had close to every gaming system ever made, I’ve had multiple gaming PCs, over 450 games on steam, and I can say without a doubt that my life time sub here, and my continued life time plus payment, is the very best gaming investment I have ever made in my life. This place is the very best, and I pray it continues to be for many years to come.

Overall the series has improved immensely in game quality as it has moved forward.

FC1 was very different and I'm not including it. But FC2 had some nice ideas marred by annoying gameplay. FC3 was a huge step forward and FC4 was a solid step up from that. Primal wasnt as fun but it did have plenty of good ideas so I'm making an educated guess FC5 will be really damn good. School is really busy right now so I MIGHT wait until Steam has a summer sale if its not marked down then, I'll wait until the Thanksgiving sale. But I'm not passing. Theres too much fun to be had and also all the previews have shown its got a lot going for it. Not the least of which is they nixed the damn towers.

I loved Far cry Primal...

Just had to use some ENB visual mods... and of course the trainers for this website, and the game is absolutely amazing... using owls and animals to take out enemy bases is just so fun...

Played far cry 4... played them all...

It's not often you get a FPS game, that has stealth, RPG elements, cool stories etc all in one

Will definitely be getting this...

I was able to play FC5 in the beta stages, and It was fun. the main story is around 25 hours of content, without any side quests etc, I suppose its what you put into it.

I've got the deluxe version ordered.
