Delete trainer and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer in is folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin and try again.

Numpad 1: Super HP - This option will only work and 'take hold' if you
pause the game FIRST. Press SPACE to pause the game, then
make sure no other unit is selected then toggle this option ON
and then MOUSE OVER a unit to affect it. Be careful that you are
only over the unit you wish to affect and that a group of units
isn't selected. Once you have affected all the units you
wish to affect, toggle the option BACK OFF, and then press
SPACE to re-engage the game.

Try this..

Run game
load into mission
click on some units
pause
run trainer
press F1 to activate
follow trainer instructions from that point

see if that helps

the trainer is looking for code to be in place before it can do certain things. perhaps the game needs to create that code ahead of the trainer running for some people.

it works 100% consistently here

the alternate thing to try is to just use the invincible option to protect your units.
