If you don't mind me asking @kane1, how did you do this? Full stats?

Thanks for the Reply! It's very simple. This will work with a new game or an old game.
First locate your saved games. This is the path on my PC,
D:\games\steamapps\common\Osiris\OsirisNewDawn_Data\OsirisNewDawnSave\76561198012237971

Then open whichever savedgame folder you want to tweak. You should see a Text Doc. named "Player". At this point you want to copy/paste this somewhere safe, now open it(I use NotePad). Scroll until you see something like this,|Medkit|5|1|, change the 5(or whatevers there) to 50(you'll thank me later). Now keep scrolling until you see something like this,
|Proteus2|0;::5:0:0:0:0:::0: The quick way to get full stats is to change the 4 zeros behind the 5 with this, :100:250:250:100: I've never done it that way but it should work.

If you want to play with the stats you need to change the 5 to 250. Now close and save it and start your game. Open that saved game and see if you have 250 stat points to use. If you don't copy/paste the original file back in and try again, if it worked, spend them all and do it again until your happy. Anything higher than 250 and it wont work.

i figured out the max off the 4main stats you can give points 2 dont go anyhigher then 250 or the game whont be able 2 find the savegame
you can even add the 3 sets off numbers for techtree what you need.

Cells:0:80:0:54:0:90:0.5766538:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0

the zero's befor each number just after Cells except the 4th you can change2 the total amount you need.
the 0:80 this 0 is the melee techtree points the the 80/100 untill you get a point no need 2 change that right and the 0:54 is engineering and the 0:90 is the science
so it have to become like this
Cells:2500:80:2500:54:2500:90:0.5766538:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0

or something like that just ingame count first what you totaly need on all 3 and take a note off those nubers then savegame go menu and then edit it
