I have noticed that game volume seems really quiet for me, yet other games I play at same computer/laptop sound/volume level sound ok. Has anyone else experienced this? With Trainer being ran, Trainer sounds loud/normal, but game sounds quiet. Thoughts appreciated

Have you checked the volume mixer? Right-click on the speaker icon in the right bottom task bar and select 'Open Volume Mixer' while you have the game running so it will be picked up by the process.
Good for health, bad for education.

All volume mixer levels are same. I am not sure what cause is... Some of my games seem louder (Ex: Star Wars Kotor 2) and some seem quieter. Thoughts and help appreciated

Try change different audio range in the game's option menu, from Wide (Cinema), Medium and Narrow, also try the other option that allows you to change Stereo and Surround.
But for me, all sound the same..
I had same problem with ME:3 but managed to fix it by change audio setting in game menu options.
