I think something may be broken. I have "life support depleted" as soon as I step out of my ship on veold and nothing seems to fill the meter back up. Makes it hard to do anything because I'm constantly taking damage when I'm on foot.
Did I miss something somewhere to get this working?

Please verify that you use our latest trainer v1.06 downloaded today with the latest/updated game version.
Good for health, bad for education.

Thanks, I was having this problem with the old trainer prior to the 1.6 update too.

Meaning this issue still persists? Is it repeatable and not connected to one special area? Does it work if you only use this option alone to check?

Did some testing and I think I figured it out.
You need to wait until you're actually loaded into the game before activating the trainer option then everything is good.
I usually activate trainer options after the game is started, but before I'm loaded in because it usually doesn't matter... but in this case it does seem to matter and the trainer locks you in with 0 life support. Even turning the trainer off doesn't seem to fix it. Need to exit the game.
I'll chalk this under the ID-10T user error category.
