If you have the game At the start screen press A, A, A, X, Y, B, Y, X, A, A, A
Everyone will be naked in the game.

This is probably an ignorant question, but what are you referring to as the "start screen". I have tried at the Arush, Playboy Bunny head, select the game screen and while loading. Nothing seems to work. If you can describe the "start screen", maybe I am missing something.
