Can't find 1 resource

Needed for last weapons upgrade...looks like 3 gold or orange bars with 3 stars at the side of it.
On my second play through and never could find where to get this.

For which weapon specifically?
Do you have all of the DLC's?

I found it..you need to complete "The Pit Of Judgement" in order to get chromite!
