Forgot security question´s answer too on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

If possible, could a server admin or something reset my security question and answer? I'd like to authenticate trainers offline during internet outages, but seems the security answer didn't support simplified Chinese and when I typed the right answer it still shows 'Your secret answer didn't match the one in our database, please try again.'........Help and thanks.
