um, is there anyone around who works for the site? i was randomly "banned" from using my trainers for no reason i can think of. feel free to private message me, but this is really really upsetting as i haven't tried to use the trainers online or anything.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.
