Sounds like the console needs to be jailbroken, or eventually you'll get banned from PSN, like a total MAC ban. One of the key points was "PlayStation 4 running 4.55 or below and supported games!." I have to many games and hours dumped into my psn to just see it banned.
You don't have to jail break it, the access to usb is an actual option, when using custom tracks on MLB the show this has to be enabled, along with a USB that has the MP3 music on it in a playstation folder. No modding or reprogramming of the actual console required to do any of what they are saying. The save that is being edited is your own save on a USB.

Yeh, that and playing a PC game unplugged from the internet in complete offline mode will never get you banned. Just ask the guys that got 30 year bans in Forza 3, StarCraft 2, Black Ops 3...

Very true, and I swore after Star Craft 2 I would never buy another blizzard game lol. But I regress, so much rage over that.
