FYI, bonus skill points (skill points + 0x108) is added to your level-dependent skill points when loading the game. So, setting that to a high value allows you to have a ton of skill points without them being wiped on reload.

Would you care to elaborate, please? I'm not that good with CE.

or you cheat with the easy lvl up mechanic for a few minutes, gaining 1 level per kill, then at lvl 80 you have basically enough points to get every single skill in the game and they will stick. no prolems.

I'm guessing he mentions the bonus skill points you get while playing the game. Through some of the remnant vaults you can find puzzles that grant bonus points.
I would also guess you would have to use cosmos to find the specific code in order to find where you can change that number. Of course you would have to get to a point in the game where one of those consoles show up... and I really suck and using cosmos.

Enemies scale with your level. By level 80, they have so much hp, all your skill points can't actually make up for it.

Exactly.

You'll just need the pointer to the player. I used CE, you can use whatever you'd like. I'm assuming CH already has the pointers in the trainer, so shouldn't be hard to add a bonus skill point editor. rcx at AOB "48 8B ** ** ** ** ** 48 85 C9 74 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** 48 85 C9 74 ** 48 8B 11 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** 84" will give you pPlayer when it's not null Then, it's just pointers: [[[pPlayer]+d80]+104] = skill points [[[pPlayer]+d80]+20c] = bonus skill points
