The missions that glitch are ryders memory triggers, scan the angaran corpses for clues, and scan and collect samples, and lastly scan 5 dead bodies that are in the water.

I had trouble with Ryder's Family Secrets my first play, too. That and collecting the nine Data Cores I went back to every location of the triggers but it just kept telling me to collect more. But searching Google and You Tube I saw dozens of other people having trouble completing it too.

Those others for bodies and devices I had trouble with at first but I left the planets and did other things then when I went back, they completed normally.

Which options do you think caused your problems? I just started another play thru and I'm gonna do my two previously bugged missions by the book and follow a guide to make sure I get them this time.

See one of my previous posts. I have written down the options I use that cause bugs, and the options I run that do not cause bugs in quests.
Then try it with just 1-6, - +, ins, end, page down, I was able to complete everything fine with just those.

I've encountered a few progression bugs with the trainer enabled. As others have reported, I'm unable to scan/interact with the final pod to advance the Turian Ark mission. I'm also stuck on the "Counting Bodies" quest on Kadara, since I scanned the corpses and none of them registered on the quest tracker (and now I'm fresh outta corpses...)

I didn't realize what was going on until Liam's loyalty mission. About 1/3rd of the way into this mission, there are a pair of security consoles that need to be scanned before you can advance. While you can scan both consoles to unlock the door and proceed to the next room, it doesn't actually register in the quest tracker. As a result, you eventually reach a point (in the final room, actually) where a scripted event fails to trigger, making it impossible to complete the loyalty mission.

I reloaded the game a few times and thought I was stuck, until I disabled most of the trainer options (besides 1-6), at which point the scans were credited appropriately and I was able to complete the mission correctly. Since then, I've run into one other (non-critical) quest where the issue arose, but I recognized what was going on and didn't need to backtrack more than 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, because I glitched the scans for the Turian Ark early in my save, I can't properly complete the game until somebody releases a Save Editor for ME:A, which should (hopefully) allow me to resolve the issue. No hate for CH, however: I've got plenty of other games to play. Definitely taught me a lesson about turning off trainer options when I don't need them, though. 😉

Hi, thanks for this info. So far, i have done 3 walk throughs and I always have issues on the following quests:

1. Know Your Enemy - Collecting Kett Bio Samples. I can scan them and even interact for collecting them, and they never record, and always stuck at 0/3

2. The counting dead bodies quest. Always 0/5 on the counter no matter how many times i scan them or go away and come back..

3. This is a strange one.. Not sure if anyone else has experienced it, but its a VERY big problem. This occurred only on the 2nd and 3rd + walkthroughs on NG+.
AVP Cryo Deployment Perks. This is a priority Op too. Addison's Assistant says to go use the AVP console on the NEXUS and then report back to him. I use it. I add cryo points. I receive rewards, but the quest does not update and therefore I am UNABLE to ever engage in any conversation with him again - since he is stuck telling me to GO USE THE AVP CONSOLE.
Something Personal - This is tied to that in that I am supposed to talk to Addison and also the assistant to REDEPLOY LITO - and they will NOT ENGAGE in any conversation with me. I am dead stuck on both of those quests - no progress.

4. Roekarr Manifests. Do NOT count towards progress only ever gives me 1/6 or w/e the total count was lol.

Have you noticed that these work by using your TURN OFF trainer options.
I always play with everything on except for the /, ., and F6. I am glad people are looking into this since i totally love this Trainer. Thanks in advance for any useful info

I had a problem with the AVP points my first play too. Where I messed up was I used the option and filled up the choices right away so when Addison's Asst told me to use the Console, I couldn't do it as there was nothing left to do. I had to wait to get to another planet to get passed that.

2nd play I used the option and did all but like 6 of them and then everything was fine with the Asst. I'd go see him about releasing somebody early and when he mentions using the console I'd do a couple of those points and he doesn't bug me about it now.

I always try to turn off the 6 options that Caliber says to keep off when not needed and that seems to help. The others you mentioned seemed to click when I scanned more but also left the planet, did something else, then came back. YMMV but that works for me.

The game is buggy as hell. Lots of people not using a trainer have the same problems we have. Forums are packed with complaints about it. It sometimes takes forever to get a mission to pop but if I put in the time, it eventually will. Especially all those Kett device missions on Voeld. UGH. They were a pain but I finally got them. 97% on first play and shooting for 100% this time. Maybe the trainer options affect them, I don't know. Game is so buggy it's difficult to specifically place the blame.

NO, not for me.. If I come back a week later with 8 cryo points to spend, and spend them right there at that console, it does nothing.. Nothing unlocks.. /sadface
