Red Dead Redemption 2 Message Board  

I'm sure rockstar confirmed this would come to consoles only last year. Yet there's a request page with people wasting their points.

There is still no official denial from Rockstar that Red Dead Redemption 2 might go the same way as GTA V which was released for PC long (1 year?) after it was released on consoles.

Hope is the last to die.

Rockstar drops the again! Red Dead Redemption 2 was originally scheduled to launch in 2017, but Rockstar Games has confirmed the game will now arrive in Spring 2018. Rockstar confirmed the reason for the delay on its official website:

Quite Honestly I think Rockstar Games would be Out of their collective minds Not to have a PC port of RDR2.

If anything I would play the story mode on the PC then play the online w/ my friends on PS4.. If CH came up with a trainer.. I can only see one reason that R* would not make a PC port at all, mods... Certain mods have been made so that they can be used in the online portion of the game somehow in the case of GTA 5, not any CH trainers but GTA5-mods (dot com) files have been used there..

I hope that R* is really strict at least in moderating the online portion to the point that have a VAC system it makes perfect sense to use steams tools. It would really reduce chances of hacking if people got Perma banned from all their games if caught cheating online..

That said, I hope Offline trainer usage will be okay, no need to worry about that at all because I would only use the trainer after I beat the game once, and I'm pretty sure most other people don't want to risk losing access to their huge digital libraries over 1 game..

I certainly can't wait to see a trailer for a PC port, I'd buy it w/o any 2nd thought.

Well seeing how RDR2 is delayed to October 2018, I don't see why they don't spend that extra time Making A PC Version!!!!

I'm actually glad they didn't release RDR 2 in spring/summer of 2018, since I want to Get out of my apartment when it warms up.. I don't want to play any games this summer, I want to get out and enjoy the warm weather while it lasts, it's colder than average.. Getting tired of scrapping ice/snow off my car.. If I could I would move to a warmer state, but definitely NOT California LOL...
