Tom Clancy´s Ghost Recon: Wildlands Message Board  

Debating getting this. Everything I've read so far implies that this game is really meant to be played with others. How's it playing solo?

Honestly, its quite dull, every sector is the same, collect stuff, do a few resource missions, and then the main mission, nothing really changes, and you have to do it 21 times.....

AI is beyond stupid, Enemy AI also completly ignores your AI teammates in battle, as if they were completly invisible
Car/flight controls are....bad to put it mild - bonus info, you can drive straight off a cliff, in any car, and survive without a dent to yourself
Game suffers massively from micro stutter, and sofar, i found no fix for it


Overall, only reason i got this was because it was free, it is NOT even close to a 60 euro pricetag, and i wouldn't have paid for it, that's for sure

Terrible, i got a refund from steam. The game is like an updated version of Far cry 2. The game is very repetitive and boring.

Thanks guys. It sounds like this one will be a pass for me.

yo this game is definitely a coop game. But i played through it first solo because i wanted to see all the cut scenes. but definitely more fun with people.

I appreciate the honest reviews for the solo player. i have always loved Ghost Recon games but been debating weeks now on getting this on ps4. I don;t get that much time no more to game due to my work.. so Single players are all i get the time for,. Now knowing this is more for coop i shall leave it well alone. Thanks folks

I am in the same boat. Just time for occasional single player. I am thoroughly enjoying this game in single player only.

If you're looking for a game like GR:W that is more single-player focused and more inline with traditional Ghost Recon titles Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 may be of interest.
