Well they came back to me and the device only supports rapid fire on the right trigger.

I will have a look into the Cronos Max now as the final alternative.

Little late to the party but figured I'd share anyway.

The other option is you can use a generic key layout as the basis for something that does support a buttom spam. For example I'm using a corsair keyboard that allows for custom made macros and the diablo logitech mouse which also allows for custom made macros. Depending on how you wanted to go about it you could use a controller manager to essentially bind normal keys to the controller buttons. For example up on the d pad would be w on a key board and set w to repeat based on the macro you wanted.

I'm not sure I explained that very well but the gist is to turn a controller input (such as a trigger) to a key input and just loop the key.
