Feedback, Complaints or Problems

on both Chrome and IE11 i'm randomly getting the following issue:
i can login without problem, i do check "remember me" then i can download trainers and post on the boards but after closing window and reopening, i'm seeing "Login - Signup - Contact" instead of "username - Logout - Support"
when i click "login" i'm redirected to a page to set my security question, if i fill it in and submit it, i get a cant find page (404) error

to reset this, i have to clear my cookies..
