    I found out what causes the negative resources thing. It's the Imported resources. When you go to war and conquer a new province, when the war ends up, somehow the AI messes up the math when adding the new GDP from the new province. And you are thrown in negative "Additional resources". So, before war, deactivate imports, win, get province, reactivate them.

    The very big trouble of this game are united nations. If there was a way to deactivate them... maybe an option.
