Is there any antivirus that won't flag my trainers and some mods as a virus and delete or block them?

The majority of AVs have a way to exclude or white-list drives/folders/apps from being scanned.

I use Webroot. Whenever it flags a file, you can go into the Quarantine section before the scan and restore the file (if you want to). If you do that, then it never bothers you about that file again. Just be sure to do that with each trainer/editor you get. and remeber to turn of Webroot when using a trainer or it will automatically shut down the trainer.

Even if an AV doesn't flag the trainers yet, there is no guarantee that it won't in the future. Also many AVs sharing the same database, some even fully bought the database from a different AV provider.

Therefore all you can do is looking for an AV which respects your decision to exclude files. I only know that BitDefender and Comodo has caused issues and not respecting your whitelist decisions.

Which version of Windows are you using?

WebRoot has started flagging the new trainers as Pua.Hax, for Potentially Unwanted Applications.

Older files from Feb 2017/ early march work fine.

The new trainer seems to decrypt (i guess) files in the userdata folders i.e. "c:\users\USERNAMEGOESHERE\cheathappens\work\~cheathappenstrainer.tmp" which gets flagged as Pua.Hax, and you can't set the exception for Folders or non-executables, so it blocks it instead.

To get around this, Disable the option under Advanced Settings-> Scanner for ... Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications. and possibly re-enable again after you've finished.

If using Windows 7, use Microsoft Security Essentials
If using Windows 8 and above, use Windows Defender (built into the OS).

Also see this on Computer Security (exception of EMET section as this causes issues with trainers): Link. Despite it first being written in 2010, the last update was on 2016-12-29 (verified by hovering over the pencil icon).

Additionally, Windows Vista is scheduled to become End of Life on 2017-04-11. If you use this OS, it is strongly recommended you take action to upgrade to Windows 7 at the minimum as soon as possible.

Yes as above. I would also add Malwarebytes to the mix with Windows Defender. I used to have a lot of problems with McAfee. I have not looked back since pairing down and rarely experience problems.
