I've confirmed I'm running the DX11 version, the process is called SniperElite4_DX11, and I start the trainer first, then the game from steam (legit steam copy w/ all DLC), but still get Trainer cannot find game. My single report got ignored, but who knows maybe other people are having the same issue.

Then something is likely blocking the trainer from accessing the memory of the game and injecting into it.

Does this specific trainer work in ways others don't? Every other trainer works fine, just this one doesn't.
Do you like to add some more meat and provide more information about your issue? What excactly does not work? What are you trying to do? Did you read the instructions? And, what CyPHeR369 asked, do you run the trainer with the DX11 version of the game?
I am using the Direct X 11 Version of the game updated to the latest version via Steam. I am running both the game and trainer as Administrator. I am on Win 10 Pro. Trainer reports Cannot Find Game. Trainer ver 1.4.0 works fine for DX11.

Please verify if our latest trainer v1.5.2 still matches the game version and you have the necessary scan exclusions for your security software (trainer exe file and - Work - folder here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\).
another update today, trainer activates but hot keys do nothing at all. Reported. Could not find version in exe, but STEAM says its 1.4 now, reported w/o that info sorry.
Exactly the same thing is happening with me. I'm using the latest version of the trainer (the one which is without the DX11) and it says the trainer has been activated by pressing F1 however the hot keys do not respond at all.
Have you the solution to this by any chance?
