I guess just got corrupted somehow during the compiling process and no one ever mentioned it.

The trainer update came two years after the last one, I guess everyone had other stuff they'd moved onto. I only found out about it now because Backloggery's Fortune Cookie said "You haven't played Shank 2 yet. Get on that."

Case closed, I guess.
