Is anyone else having the issue where this trainer is showing up under the trainer manager v2 as motorsports manager?
Not all trainers are fully compatible, being and older trainer with an older GUI and no ID#, you will need to right click on the tile and change the art/name manually.

So basically it won't recognize the game correctly then, cuz I've already changed the artwork and renamed the trainer file itself, but under properties it still calls itself motorsports manager. Oh well its not a huge issue since I doubt this game will be updated anymore. Thanks for the clarification
