Don't know about the Game Speed/Trainer function, but the Editor certainly still works as of 27/12/2022

Not while the trainer is on hold.
Since it's been over 4 weeks you can send a PM to the trainer maker and ask if they would consider taking it off hold.
If they agree and the status change from on hold to active you can make an option requests for godmode.
