We tested current Steam trainer yesterday and it was still working fine. Only WS version needed updating. If someone wants to gift us the DLC where the trainer isn't working, you can send it to chris@cheathappens.com.

is it really not working or is there some specific option not working. for instance, some people reported that the traps can kill you if the super damage option is on sometimes.

Same here - downloaded re7w, steam game crashing using ammo and inventory not working.
Health Ok, easy kill ok, that's about it.

Please verify that you use our latest trainer v02.18.2017 for STEAM (and not Windows Store) with the latest/updated game version.

Provide the DLCs you are trying to run with our trainer and, if you can, be more specific about the non-working options like which situation it is in the game.

No idea whatsoever what that means.

Ok here are some details I have noticed

-The Fast Movement option does not seem to work in the DLC Chapters (any of them)
-We need a trainer option for 21/21 Survival for infinite trump cards or maybe some kind of instant win option
-The timer reset option does not work for Jack's 50th Birthday DLC
-We need a timer freeze option for Jack's 50'th Birthday/Bedroom DLC
