Guess it's time for me to shoot this one down again. As the developers have stated on their website,

We currently don't have any Escape from Tarkov trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Guess it's time for me to shoot this one down again. As the developers have stated on their website, this game is not and will NEVER be singleplayer offline. It will always be an online game. The person who put this on the request list didn't do their homework.
