"If you are using a Comodo product and the trainer crashes with Exception code: 0xc0000005, it is caused by Comodo."

Just thought I'd chime in to confirm the 0xc0000005 Comodo crash issue for this trainer if for no other reason than just to add it to the statistic. As I've read elsewhere it doesn't seem to be a way around it as of yet and the only solution so far is to uninstal Comodo completely which is not an option for me.
Anyways, there it is.

the problem i have with the trainer is the regular hit 1-9 to activate when the game uses those keys to do special things. so i cant get it to work somehow
any help would be sweet ^^

You can change (and save) the hotkeys within the trainer to anything else you like.

you need to turn off Num Lock to use the keypad keys, this is for duels with the swords ( only need to use first 2 rows anyway). I use mouse for the dancing, got a perfect score with the double twists ( that heart was nearly busting)
Tried the save keys to change from default setting to Control + keypad number, but it doesn't want to save them and they go back to default keypad key which the game uses, and besides the editor is really all you need for this game, start game with 60 million and your men never mutiny or leave, and use "Health" option at start of game for longer career life
Sorry for late post, played this game 10-15 yrs ago, saw it on steam and "rebirthed" it, still love it, for me the ballroom dancing is the highlight

Deciding to see if there was a trainer for Pirates! was a good decision, but finding this trainer was awesome!
THIS is how trainers should be - drop-down click/replace. Just your CTRL/ALT lists produce a total of 60 programmable keys!
My left-handedness demands I use the numpad for movement and combat, and this trainer would be perfect for all games, as far as I'm concerned!

How can I tell if I have a commodo product? If so, how can I identify what that product is, and remove it? The trainer doesn't work for me, but I do not remember ever installing any program which used that name.

You might want to start to provide specific information about your issue as this could be more helpful than jumping to conclusions about something you assumingly have no expertise in.

For the Freeze Ingame Date option (thanks for adding it, by the way), what screen should I activate this on? I tried activating it when I first pulled into port on a new run and figured that would work, but when I went to divide the plunder the calendar ticked over into the next year. Should I activate it while I’m at sea? Before I split the loot? Or while I’m in town? And does it lock to a specific date on the calendar or does it lock to the current year?
